About our Company
Lockwood Business is Blooming was founded by Tautala (Tala) and her sister Toilea (Lea), who emigrated from the tiny Pacific Island called Kindom of Tonga in the late 1970's. They have been serving our Oakland community for 20+ years during both the happiest and saddest of times. Together they were a force destined for success. When they started working with flowers , they knew they had found their calling - to own a business where you're surrounded with beautiful colors and smells, endless creative possibilities and the opportunity to meet and help people in both the joyous and saddest of times.
We hope to continue their legacy of faith, hard-work, determination and a strong will to serve those around us, especially here in our Oakland community.
